Returns & Refunds Policy
At Precision Outlet, your satisfaction with every order matters to us. Should a purchase fall short of what you expected, we work to make things right. Below you will find a complete overview of how our returns and refunds work, giving you peace of mind when you shop.
Returns at a Glance
- Return window: 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Return method: By mail only. Items must be shipped back to the address we provide; we do not accept in-store or drop-off returns.
- Eligible product condition: New. Items must be unused and in their original packaging with all factory seals intact.
- Return label: Customer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns. We provide a free prepaid label for defective, damaged or wrong items.
- Restocking fee: $0. No deduction is taken from your refund.
- Refund processing time: Within 7 business days after we receive and review the returned item.
- Refund method: Credited to the original payment method used at checkout.

Time Frame for Returns
- You may request a return within 30 days after your order has been delivered.
- The 30 days window starts from the date of delivery, not the date the order was placed.
- Requests submitted outside this window cannot be accepted.
- All requests must be submitted by emailing our support team.
Conditions for Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, every item must satisfy all the following conditions:
- The item is unused and in the same condition as received, with all included accessories, manuals and components.
- It is sent back in its original packaging.
- Any factory seals, protective wrapping or serial number stickers remain intact.
- You include a receipt or equivalent proof of purchase.
Who Covers Return Shipping
Responsibility for return shipping depends on the circumstances behind the return:
Defective, Damaged or Wrong Items
- Return shipping is free. You do not bear any return shipping costs.
- We provide a prepaid return label or arrange a pickup at our expense.
- Your refund covers the full item price plus any shipping charges originally paid.
Buyer's Decision (Change of Mind or Incorrect Selection)
- Return shipping is paid by you.
- Your refund covers the price of the item only, not outbound or return shipping.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method so your return is protected in transit.
Non-Returnable Products
Certain items cannot be returned for safety reasons or because their factory seals have been broken. These are clearly marked as final sale on their individual product pages. Any exceptions are explicitly listed on the product page before purchase.
How to Begin a Return
- Email support@precisionoutlet.com with your order number and an explanation of why you wish to return the item.
- A member of our support team responds within 1 to 2 business days with step-by-step return instructions and the return shipping address.
- Pack the item securely using its original packaging.
- Ship the return to the address given in our reply. Do not ship to the manufacturer or any other location.
- Once we receive and review the returned item, we email you confirmation of approval or denial.
How Refunds Are Processed
- After your returned item arrives and passes our review, we email you a confirmation.
- When approved, your refund is credited within 7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the same payment method used at checkout.
- Your bank or card provider may require additional business days to post the credit to your account.

Restocking Fees
- Restocking fee: $0. No restocking fee is applied to any return.
- No hidden fees reduce the amount you receive back.
- We aim to keep the return process straightforward for every customer.
Product Exchanges
- Contact us at support@precisionoutlet.com for exchange instructions.
- For the quickest resolution, send back the original item following the return steps above and place a new order for the replacement.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of processing.
Damaged or Defective Goods
If your delivery arrives with visible damage or a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at support@precisionoutlet.com and provide:
- The order number associated with your purchase
- A short explanation of the issue
- Photographs that clearly show the damage or defect
We will arrange a replacement or provide a complete refund at no additional charge. As described in the Who Covers Return Shipping section above, we cover the return postage for items that arrived damaged or defective.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the anticipated time frame, we recommend these steps:
- Double-check your bank or credit card statement. It can sometimes take several business days for refunds to appear.
- Contact your bank or card issuer directly, as their processing times may vary.
