Delivery & Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Precision Outlet. We ship every order across the United States at no charge. Reliable delivery matters to us, and this page covers all the details about how your order gets to your door.

Shipping at a Glance

  • Order cutoff: 5:00 PM EST on business days.
  • Handling time: 1 to 2 business days after your order is placed.
  • Transit time: 6 to 8 business days via the carrier.
  • Total estimated delivery: 7 to 10 business days from checkout to doorstep.
  • Shipping carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx.

Delivery Coverage

We ship to all addresses within the United States. Orders are dispatched from within the United States.

Order Cutoff and Processing

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST on a standard business day move into processing the same day.
  • Orders received after that time, on weekends, or on US public holidays start processing the next available business day.
  • Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and US federal holidays.

Handling & Processing Time

Once your order is confirmed, our team requires 1 to 2 business days to prepare, package and transfer it to the shipping carrier. This handling window is distinct from transit time. It represents the work done before your parcel is handed to the carrier.

Carrier Transit Time

After your order has been packed and collected by the carrier, you can expect a transit time of 6 to 8 business days. This is the period the carrier takes to move your parcel to your specified delivery address.

Overall Estimated Delivery Time

Counting from the moment you finalize your purchase through to arrival at your doorstep, the total estimated delivery time is 7 to 10 business days. This timeframe includes both our handling period and the carrier's transit window combined.

Our Shipping Carriers

We work with established carrier partners: USPS, UPS, FedEx.

  • Carrier selection is based on your delivery location, the size and weight of your package, and current carrier capacity.
  • Every carrier we use provides end-to-end tracking for every shipment.
  • Switching between carriers for a given shipment is not supported once the order has entered processing.

Free Shipping on Every Order

  • Shipping cost: Always free within the United States.
  • Minimum spend: None. No threshold applies.
  • Applies to: All products in our catalog, regardless of weight or size.
  • Surcharges: None. No remote-area fees, no handling add-ons at checkout.

Tracking Your Shipment

The moment your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can use it to follow your package on the carrier's tracking page, or head to our Track Your Order page to view live status updates.

  • Tracking information can take up to 24 hours after the shipping confirmation email before it appears in the carrier's system.
  • Scans update as the package moves through carrier hubs.
  • If a tracking number shows no movement after 48 hours, please email us so we can look into it.

Potential Shipping Delays

While we do everything we can to hit our estimated delivery windows, occasional delays may occur because of circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Natural catastrophes or emergencies
  • Carrier operational disruptions or volume surges
  • High-demand shipping periods (holidays, sales events)
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
